I am Sylvain St-Amand : I have worked in international relations within three universities: McGill University, Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and Université du Luxembourg. Over those years, I have developed a unique understanding of the process of internationalising universities, a process that keeps evolving and challenges institutions of higher learning all over the world.
